Previous incidents

The Signalprint and Rules APIs experienced a momentary downtime due to an order-of-operations race condition in back-end network management automation. The root cause was identified and remediated within moments of occurrence, and internal monitoring indicates full recovery. As a result of this incident, additional safeguards will be placed around the automated process to eliminate risk of recurrence.

Backend database issue has been corrected and all affected services are against functioning normally.

We are beginning to see recovery events from our auth provider and health monitors are beginning to recover, as well. We will continue monitoring the situation and will update if anything meaningfully changes.
