Brief service interruption to Signalprint, Rules, and app.verosint.com

The Signalprint and Rules APIs experienced a momentary downtime due to an order-of-operations race condition in back-end network management automation. The root cause was identified and remediated within moments of occurrence, and internal monitoring indicates full recovery. As a result of this incident, additional safeguards will be placed around the automated process to eliminate risk of recurrence.
