Elevated signal processing latency

Cause of the latency has been identified and the delay is beginning to recover. At peak, signal data was about 10 minutes behind on average. Root cause was due to an abnormal combination of signal event volume and downstream signal enrichment workload. We expect full recovery in 15-20 minutes.
