Cause of the latency has been identified and the delay is beginning to recover. At peak, signal data was about 10 minutes behind on average. Root cause was due to an abnormal combination of signal event volume and downstream signal enrichment workload. We expect full recovery in 15-20 minutes. We have observed elevated processing times of ingested signals starting at 8:35 AM CDT and are investigating the issue. While the issue is ongoing, signal data in the dashboard may be stale. The rules API is functioning normally and evaluations are not directly affected by this issue, but their results may also be impacted by stale data. We will update again when we have more information.
