ITDR will be deploying rolling upgrades to API back-end cache clusters on Wednesday, May 13th starting at 8:00 pm CDT. This is a highly-available operation and no service impact is expected. That said, if your applications are in your users' critical path and cannot risk any potential service degradation, we advise that those applications be configured to fail open during the maintenance window.
