Maintenance has been completed. Rules and Signalprint APIs were briefly disrupted shortly after maintenance started but recovered quickly. The remaining maintenance operations completed without any further service disruptions and all Verosint services are currently operating normally. Thanks for your patience.

Verosint's back-end systems will undergo maintenance on Wednesday, July 16th starting at 8:00 PM CDT until 11:00 PM CDT. Maintenance goals include, but are not limited to:

• API: Session cache cluster upgrade (minor service disruption expected)
• API: Event database cluster upgrade (no disruption expected)
• Infrastructure: back-end application cluster management automation release (no disruption expected)

Most of this work will be highly-available, but the session cache cluster operation will result in a brief period (estimated 45-90 seconds) where API token validation requests may time out. If any impact, foreseen or otherwise, will be highly disruptive for your users and doing so is practical, please make any necessary preparations to prevent such disruptions, such as configuring your app to fail open.
