Verosint Scheduled Maintenance - September 18, 2024

Verosint's back-end systems will undergo maintenance on Wednesday, September 18th starting at 8:00 PM through 11:00 PM CDT. Maintenance goals include, but are not limited to:

• Database version updates
• Load balancer performance optimization
• Data backend migration prep

SignalPrint and Rules API endpoints will experience brief, intermittent service disruptions while certain maintenance operations are underway. During those disruptions, the associated functionality in front-end tenants will be affected. While we do not anticipate any prolonged service disruptions, the potential exists. We strongly suggest making appropriate preparations in applications utilizing the Rules API endpoints to minimize the impact to your users.
