Maintenance is beginning. Expect intermittent error responses from rule evaluations both in the browser console and from the rules API.

Starting at 9:30 pm CDT, the back-end databases supporting the Signalprint and Rules APIs will be taken offline for a major version update of the database engine. Both of the aforementioned will be unavailable for the duration, and the web application features which depend on them will also be affected. As a standard practice, we avoid disruptive changes like this unless there's no alternative. The downtime is not expected to be longer than 30 minutes, but we recommend planning for additional time as a precaution. Please reach out to support@verosint.com for additional information.
