Maintenance

Backend host systems will undergo routine maintenance on Wednesday, March 4th from 8:00 p.m. CST until 11:00 p.m. CST. While we anticipate little to no impact to service availability, customers who have ITDR integrated in critical paths may wish to take precautions against any potential disruptions, such as configuring your app to fail open.

Imprivata's ITDR platform backend will undergo routine maintenance Wednesday, March 18th starting at 8:00 p.m. CDT and ending no later than 11:00 p.m. CDT. While no service impact is expected, you may wish to configure your application(s) to handle any unforeseen disruption, such as setting them to fail open.

Maintenance has been completed and all ITDR platform systems are behaving as expected. Again, our apologies for the last-minute notification. Thank you for your patience and have a pleasant evening.
