The service provider has mitigated the issue and we have confirmed that the front end login page has returned to normal. We will continue to monitor their state for recurrences and update accordingly.

The mitigation implemented by the upstream provider did not have the desired effect and they have returned to an investigative state.

Root cause has been identified at the upstream service provider and mitigation is in process. We will update further as we track recovery.

We are seeing high error rates from the front end web application resulting in a degraded state. Users may experience extensive latency logging in/refreshing auth tokens, or page errors preventing the page load entirely. Back end APIs appear unaffected and are functioning normally. This issue is isolated to the browser application.
