Verosint's back-end systems will undergo maintenance on Wednesday, October 8th starting at 8:00 PM CDT until 11:00 PM CDT. Maintenance goals include, but are not limited to:

• API: User session cache cluster upgrade
• API: Event cache cluster upgrade
• API: Signal data cache cluster upgrade

Most of this work will be highly-available, but these cache cluster operations will result in brief periods of service disruption (estimated 45-90 seconds each) where some API requests may time out, and some functionality in the Verosint tenant app may be degraded.

If any impact, foreseen or otherwise, will be highly disruptive for your users and doing so is practical, please make any necessary preparations to prevent such disruptions, such as configuring your app to fail open.
